We have teamed up with Cari Draft of EcoTrek Fitness to have some Plant Powered EcoTrecks and get us moving! We’ve had Grand Rapids and lakeshore treks, and they were a BLAST! More are coming up, so mark your calendars and plan to come together!
Whether the day is sunny, sprinkling or powdery snow, we will be walking in our beautiful West Michigan playground! Get your body moving, breathe the fresh air and continue our support of each other toward vibrant health!

Our meeting will feature Jim Balla, who will share his incredible story of health recovery! On a recent podcast, he was described as a “literal walking miracle”. After surviving a near-death crisis and possible long term care, he took control of his heath through the McDougall Diet!! Diabetes, Arthritis, high cholesterol and more GONE, and he lost some weight too… he’s “half the man he used to be”!! Come hear him share his journey to health!!
