July Fun and Success!

Following every meeting, I feel so energized and inspired by our group members!  July’s meeting was FULL of delicious food, ideas and sharing of personal health success!

When sharing success stories, we started with Paul Rathbun, our special guest from West Bloomfield MI, who has been following Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s Eat to Live.  In just a few months, he has lost 40 lbs! He’s also seeing many health improvements that were unexpected, such as clearing of his sinus congestion, and is completely relieved of painful shin splints which had prevented him from running for years! Way to go Paul!

We also hosted a bonus guest from PBNSG, Stephanie Vail!  Her Dad lives in the Grand Rapids area and was able to combine our meeting into her family visit, and we hope she’ll visit again soon!

The sharing continued with stories of cholesterol and triglycerides numbers dropping, increasing energy, decreased allergies, easier time moving, and a couple that has lost a combination of 270 lbs!  Incredible!  We are building such a tremendous community! ❤

On a note of personal success, I was very pleased to announce that I have been selected to become a certified Food for Life instructor for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine!  20 people were selected internationally for 2016 training in Washington DC.  I am impressed by PCRM, and very proud to have this opportunity to provide this educational opportunity to the Grand Rapids Community!ffl2
