Kim Campbell breaks down the recipe for Red Lentil Dahl from scratch!  This version gives both stovetop and pressure cooker directions.  This meal is also available as one of the PlantPure Kitchen Starter packs, if you are looking for a healthy shortcut to preparation!  I used the Kitchen Starter version for the January potluck and many people commented they liked this dish.
